I made a new play through and my exp bar is stuck right before 2 and my exp is 810/200... I have read if you delete your first play through and all other saved games it will work again but I am not willing to delete my first play through... I am not in combat and I have left the game on well in a house in Novac waiting to see if it will pop up for 3 hours and I have done many other small things nothing seems to work... I just got Xboxlive back today and got the patch it did not fix it. I have not tried making another new play through since the patch so don't know if that will work if you have made another play through well keeping your old one since the patch please let me know and any other info or ideas would be awesome! Thanks!

Your in a situation like most of us gamers where you are reluctant to start again, this could be because you don't want to go through the same thing again, as well as having to level up again and find items that you had in your inventory before, however I would strongly suggest starting a new game save with the patch as it should fix this issue. It is worth a try anyway, and I would keep the remaining save just in case the new patch fixes anything. However there isn't much insight that I can give to you as really the only solution I can give is to make a new save with the patch.
