I've been trying to get the Better Criticals perk. The game states you must be lvl 16 with PER 6 and LCK 6. I have PER 6 and LCK 7 and LVL 16 and I can't choose Better Criticals. Anyone else have similar problems?

Did you need to equip any items, or use any consumables, to boost your perception up to six? If so those boosts don't count when it comes to meeting perk requirements.

Let me guess, you have the near sighted trait and use glasses to get +2 perception.
