I am curious to find out if the DLC Error is exclusive to the NTSC (North American) version or if it has also been experienced on the PAL Version (Europe, Asia, Etc.)

I'm in the UK on a PAL system and I've got the DLC error after completing the "Come Fly with Me" mission at REPCONN, I suspect this is a global problem.

yup,PAL for me...i got the DLC thing yesterday for the first time(60hrs in)

i took off the patch and played through the game with no problems other than small glitches and the occasional frame rate lags which i hate because it can lead to freezes but for the 32 hours i put into my new game it only froze once, and of course after the "come fly with me" quests ended up giving me the DLC error but i went to a earlier save and avoided that quest and i have had no problems since which is great cause i ended up making it further than i was before ,first i had the patch on and started a new game n i got the "DLC" in just a few hours,so obviously the patch itself is a game breaker at least for me.
