Controlling New Vegas

I was highly disappointed that you were not able to control the securitron army and use it as you see fit. I was looking forward to taking control of Vegas myself and befriend and go to war with any tribe that i see fit. Pretty much the only reason that i choose an independent Vegas is because i thought that i would actually be the leader. Like the General said at the end of the game, I wanted to build cities, manage trade routes, fight wars, and take new territory. I think that there should be some add on that would allow us to do such things and truly fight for the control of Vegas.

Heh. That could be fun, but it's not really in keeping with the games theme.

But only if you chose the independent route. What's everyone else to do?

So, uh, you want the game to change from a 1st person shooter/RPG hybrid to a 4X game like Civilization?

I can't tell if you're serious or not, but if you are, then this is the silliest thing I've read all day (though, to be fair, it's only 9:15 AM).

Now, it might be interesting if Bethesda or Obsidian comes out with Sim New Vegas, but it absolutely shoult not be part of this game.
