The character with the freakiest eyes in New Vegas isn't Grecks, or even Cheyenne (when they pop out and hover alongside at ninety degrees) but bleeding-heart Follower of the Apocalypse Julie Farkas.

Is she meant to be blind? It's like she can't stop noticing you've got a really ugly parrot on your right shoulder.

I did find her staring a bit odd her eyes also seem very different from other NPC's and creatures in the game. They look blank and empty giving the appearance that she's blind maybe partially blind?
