My settings for the Killcam keep reverting from player view to cinematic whenever I exit the game and play it again. Meaning, I change the setting, play the game, exit the game, then reopen it and have to set the setting again because it doesn't save.

Are you running the latest version of FNV? The new patch should have fixed that issue afaik.
