Why oh why, do the fallout games svck so bad? Don't get me wrong, their fun to play, until the the [censored] bugs and glitches start to kick in. It's obvious to me you guys know how to start on a project with a lot of enthusiasm. You guys can make a game look and sound really good, pretty much you're all on the right track on things until when it comes to the playing the games for over an hour. Its seems to me you guys cared more about how the game looked, and sounded like. Its like it was the first thing you worked on, graphics and sound quality. These incomplete games are fun, no-doubt about that, but what you should of done was worked on the software and the game engines, a lot more, hell you guys should of babied the damn things till perfection.
This is how you should of approached this:
1. Story template
2. Dialog writing
3. Software development/ Twicking game engine
4. Voice acting/ Mo-cap (motion capture)
5. Fixing bugs
6. Graphics design/Sound quality
7. Fixing more bugs
8. etc
Pretty much software development and bug fixing should be the most concentrated in making any kind of video game. I know making a video game is tough and challenging if its a little to much for you handle, don't be afraid to ask for time or money.
*Oh yeah i also forgot, for the love of god please fix the bugs, the glitches. the lag and the oh so loving game crashes, especially the game crashes. "I didn't know that there was success in failure".
