We, the loyal followers, are being left in the dark here, forced to wait idoly by while bethesda and obsidian work on patches and "fixes" for glitches that we have suffered.

please update us on these patches becoz i do not plan to replay through 40+ hrs of the game again and if i do have to start again i do not want to face the same issues again and / or have to save 50 times. we should not have to be forced into these corners and fear the game we play for pathetic rookie schoolboy errors with saves!

and do you ever reply to us on these forums? i'm looking for answers and so far have found nothing but complaints and a lot of p*ssed of fans with the same issues.

PRIORITY 1 :- Fix the DLC not available file save corrupt error which stops people from loading their games ... please!

Its the exact same thing with the Ubisoft forums. Its more of a way of showing they care and are interested in the community whether they are or are not. They will never reply to the forums but they probably read them.

When Farcry 2 came out there was big time problems with that game and even after they made a major patch it was still bad. A lot of it has to do with bad marketing and the company's will to take on more projects to make more money even though the developers probably aren't satisfied with the final product; or for that matter the people who bought the product.

I think your being a little too impatient about the game, Bethesda and Obsidian have clearly stated that they are working on new patches, so no they don't have the time to have to reply to everyone's posts such as yours. I can understand that you are frustrated with the game and you are looking for answers to your questions. But unfortunately its something that we are all going to have to deal with and except that we are only going to receive an apology and nothing more. I just hope that the new patch fixes some of the key issues that have been stated within the forums.

I did notice that some folks thought a new update for New Vegas went up this week -- a 3MB download -- I've asked our developers and they confirmed this does not relate to the updates we're working on for the game. My guess is it relates to changes on Xbox Live this week. There was a similar auto update that folks got with Fallout 3 when the "New Xbox Experience" came out two years ago.

borderlands had a title update today..raising the level cap and fixing some other things i think..

thank you, i never noticed this page in amounst so many posts, i'm just very upset that this has stalled my gametime, love this game so much and have put in 40+ hours and not even been near vegas yet! i like to savour the experience and am just praying that you guys do fix this, would be a shame to have to start over.

you've made an utterly amazing game and a few bugs can be expected, just hope that you redeem this error and get me back to where i left off!

problem is that we the consumers.. deserve the rights to get a working product for our money, i do understand that every game has issues and bugs, but really.. a save-bug? i spend 40+ hours in the game and i cannot continue either.. i can load 1 of 5 files.. and even if i continue playing that.. it will give the dlc on the save i make in it. maybe it helps.. but i think it has to do with the Red rock quest that leads you to moter runner in vault 3.. but that would be weird cause i was in vault 3 before the quest and killed everybody except motor runner.

It pissed me off to see this happen cause this is my 2 weeks half-days work time.. and next thursday i will start to work 44 hours a week again and then i havent got all the time anymore to enjoy this game, its a bad timing for this..

So please obsidian.. fix this fast so i and many other fallout fans can enjoy the game.

I had just killed motor-runner in Vault 3 and went to camp maccaran to claim the bounty so i think Tediz2009 may be onto something, a lot of people on other forums mentioned the "come fly with me" mission but it worked fine for me.

As annoying as the bugs are, at least Bethesda do try to fix things quickly, unlike other devs like Infinity Ward or Treyarch.

miracleofsound i cannot fault you there my man, although the unable to load bug is crippling my soul! ahaha just wana play fallout so bad but do not want to start from scratch, i have faith in them though, i believe they will prevail!

Yesssss! Please. Every other save is corrupted for me. I am done with this game and am going to discourage as many people as possible from ever buying it.

i'm happy you agree murdoc33 but by no means is that the message i want to put accross, i love this game, that is why it's so upsetting.

if it was assassins creed, fable, halo: reach or any game like that i'd shrug it off with a simple "meh" and get back to COD and Fifa 11, but Fallout is the greatest game ever.

this game is AMAZING and that's why i complain, because i cannot play it ... i long for the day it is fixed so i can continue my ventue across the mojave!
