Alright, so I had no idea about after killing MacCaffrey(or whatever his name is) and giving the hat back to the people that the strip will freeze the game. So I have no old cowboy hat and I'm stuck in Casino 38... How do I get outta Casino 38 and into the Strip so I can leave?!?!
