since this is an ID game will it have the BFG9000 or are they going to make something new that will have new name and attributes

Actually not all id games had this weapon, Quake 1 didn't have it. I'm not sure if it really fits the setting of Rage, but if not, it will surely be in Doom 4.

I can't believe some of you have never heard of the BFG9000...I must be getting old. I have no idea if the game has this weapon but I do think it would be an awesome shout out to us long time id fans.
