Pleased with the update, unfortunately didn't fix my biggest issue with Come Fly With Me not working but I have noticed the game runs a lot smoother.

I've noticed the games runs slightly smoother with increased frame rate in areas where it was a real problem (like Penthouse in Casino 36)

Another thing I've noticed is that enemies appear on my compass with greater sensitivity. I found my self East of Primm and could see the red dots for these giant wasps on the other side of town (west).

Are you sure you didn't have ED-E as a companion with his "Enhanced Sensors" Perk which makes the compass dots appear from far greater distances?
