I just started a new game and i was looking at the map at all the locations available to me. I saw boone on the map. Not sure how this is possible since i haven't met him yet in this run.

Just sounds like a minor map glitch. Whether it may affect you game in the long run in some unforeseen manner, no one can say.

Well, i'm heading to Novac pretty soon. So i hope it doesn't affect my game. I do have Strange Wilderness or whatever its called on. And Victor attacked me out of no where x.x I just finished off some powder gangers and all of a sudden Victor showed up and attacked me.
