To be specific, it's the NCR Ranger Vet Armor, in a tan/desert camo coloration. It also... wait for it... doesn't have a Faction tag (i.e. can be worn by companions!)

Unless its got a new texture, then its nothing special. The video shows nothing but the backside of the armor in a dark cave.

There is plenty of new textures.

If you look close it has a chart of time spent in Chinese citys. Looks like it was used by a marine in the invasion of China.
