World spaces becoming interiors?!

So I've been trying to make a quest for a while now but three of the spaces I've been using have randomly turned into interiors...

How is that even possible? Worldspaces and, interiors are totally different types of cell. Are these spaces Worldspaces you've created or, vanilla ones?

need more info to help any. Screenshots would be good or, upload the .esp to a file share site for others to look at.

That's what I thought... The world spaces are vanilla, I just added either boxs or a house and an NPC...

I've taken a look at your .esp and, the issue was simple to diagnose but, may prove harder to fix. You've ben renaming cells in the WastelandNV worldspace. I noticed this right off and, did a test, I renamed a cell , this initially had no effect until I saved and, reloaded, my renamed worldspace cell turned into an interior.

First off you shouldn't be directly changing anything vanilla, cell names, forms, leveled lists. Never delete anything from the vanilla game, if you want to remove something, set it to "initially disabled" and, move it below ground. Changing Form names Deleting items, objects contained in the master are considered "Dirty Edits". In the best case scenario, with these "Dirty Edits" you'll have a glitchy, buggy mod but, on the other end of the spectrum your mod most likely won't work well with other mods and, could even break the game as it may have scripts, quests which rely on a specific cell or, reference.

Your options are:

Start completly over, or to try to clean all of these edits out using FNVedit, You may be able to save some of your work if you try to clean it.

sorry I don't have a simple fix,
