How long does it take to complete HH?

Is this DLC like Dead Money where it was way too long or is it reasonable?

Same here, I finished it in about 3 hours as well, but that was because I was really, really eager to hear the whole story. This DLC strikes me as much more of an exploration DLC with the questline just tacked on as excuse to give you a new area to mess around it.

I wish it was as long as dead money, but it's worth the money no doubt as I still have several hours of exploration and a handful of sidequests to complete now that I've reloaded my save to play it again.

Not to be mean or anything, but you must of ran through every quest there was and didn't search anything. I started at around 9am this morning and stopped about 230pm and I still haven't finished it.

I felt the Sierra Madre villa was about right, but the interior casino portion was a bit short.

Absolutely, I feel that I've hardly even scratched the surface of what Zion has to offer. I rushed through the neccesary main quests only, took in the story it had to tell, and got all achievements.

Later today or tomorrow I will really get to see how many hours of entertainment are in this DLC.

EDIT: @The Tribal - There is one new radio station when the DLC loads, but it's just to point you towards the DLC. I don't think any new songs were added.

The main highlights would likely be the new area to explore and equipment available. The story isn't as interesting as Dead Money's was, in my opinion.

How can a dlc you payed for be too long?

They can only be too short. 3 hours is way to short. One day when its out for ps3 I ll find out.

Not really considering some modern day full games with a $60 price tag are only 6-7 hours. 3 hours hits the ballpark for a DLC based on that, and he might've "rushed" it.

You have to travel to location in the mojave and walk through a short tunnel to get into Zion. After that you can fast travel to anywhere in Zion. To get back you have to walk through that tunnel again. It's a new map from the Mojave. No big deal if you ask me, it worked the same way in The Pitt and to a lesser extent Mothership Zeta and Point Lookout.

I don't think any new towns were added. Some camps here and there, sometimes occupied, sometimes not, but I don't think there are any new civilized settlements to be found. I could be wrong though, as I haven't yet to begin really exploring the place.

EDIT: And I agree, how can a DLC be TOO long? Why would you actually want LESS value for your money?

Those games are not rpgs, and they probably have on line play.

Don t go saying 3 hours is what it should be or they ll all start being a short as The Pitt.

Don t lower the bar for the devs anymore.

I'm not lowering any bar. Just stating my own impression of the idea.

Depends,

If you go only for the stuff and loot, 3 or 4 hours

If you go for the story, 5 or 7 hours

If you go for both, go figure

I found a very interesting backstory about the area in terminals in caves. Told through the perspective of a survivor of the great war.

I couldn't really tell you. It FEELS bigger, though. In point lookout everything is straight forward, but in Zion you have locations near or on the river, on top of ridges, on mountains, and everywhere in between. I haven't found any invisible walls yet, so I don't know if those are in, but it looks like the did away with them in favor of just making REALLY steep inclines you can't walk over.

In Dead Money's case the Cloud and Collar got old towards the end.

Found one of them already. Just like in the (not so) old days of Fallout 3 ^_^

It's last as long as you want it to last. If all you do is the main quests and thats it maybe 2 hours(depends on level and skills) If you search every nook and cranny it could take you days. I started at around 9am this morning at around 230pm I stopped for lunch and wasn't even close to the last part. was exploring and doing what side quest I found.
