How do i remove the zoom feature when the character have the weapon/hands holstered, if you press the Block/Aim button the game zooms in.

I rely want to remove this, tested to change fOvershoulderFOV 55.0000 to fOvershoulderFOV 75.0000 but it still zooms in?

I use this frequently to zoom in while looking at a landscape. Why do you want to disable it?

Because it is not realistic, if i want to look around closer on the landscape i use my binoculars. Also when you have Rex or Boone with you, you use that button to activate ether Rex's or Boone's spotter skill...and it is rely annoying that you zoom in then.
