The game runs smooth sometimes and sometimes its lagging. The NPC's are lagging when you talk (sometimes).
I have an i7 920, 6 Gig RAM, Evga GTX295 and Win 7 X64. Running on high settings with 1680 * 1050.
Is there anything to boost the preformance? It's just annoyning that i get the hugh FPS drops. I have googled and some user uses the D3D9.dll to fix this FPS issue.
