If any of the makers of the game are reading and since am new when are you going to fix the raul quest? I can get sterring and loay but andy I cant get. So help the ps3 and xbox and get it done asap! if anybody has done it can you help me?

That was already fixed on a previous patch of the game, however you have to start a new game for it to work...that is, if you already had talked to Ranger Andy prior to installing the patch, he still won't trigger Raul's dialogue because that info/bug is embedded into the savegame data.

If that's not it/this is a new, recent chr. on a fully patched game, then I'd guess the patches didn't fix the bug for you and you're stuck...you'd have to restart/reload to before you ever talked to Ranger Andy the first time w/out having Raul present & avoid Andy until you have Raul.

Really??? That is like the lazy way of fixing it. Why didn't they fix it all the way. because I clear all save files and I waited for raul to get in my party before going to novac and it still didn't work. They need to fix it better.

Seriously? Loyal is gone now that I am trying to complete Raul's quest. I guess he is in Black Mountain or something. Seriously... WTF? I started a new game after the new patch came out, everything was going swimmingly, I have been able to walk for more than five minutes without a freeze and I have been lucky enough to be able to complete all my quests up to this point without bugs and such. But here I am, my fourth play through, I hit level 35 after coming back from Dead Money (again), and I can't complete this quest because Loyal disappears? I have been playing for days worth of hours, and this is the bug that comes up? This svcks! After I find out that Loyal disappears, I am ready to put this game down. All this time I have been playing and this is the bug that kills me? I swear this is the last time I buy a Bethesda game on a console. Without the console, this game can go from awesome to just plain stupid. Oblivion and Bethesda need to iron out some of the bugs like this. I know I have a save from before I completed Volare!, but it is more than 10 to 15 hours worth of game time ago! This one stupid bug seriously makes me want to put this game down. I won't because I love it, but I will always have this stupid Loyal bug on my mind. It takes some of the fun out of the game since I cannot get an ending to one of my companions because Obsidion and Bethesda are too stupid to keep Loyal where he is supposed to be. Thanks guys! You ruined more than 30 hours of the time I put into this game for the fourth time because of one stupid, stupid bug. FIX IT FOR GOD'S SAKE!

I must admit I was a little hot headed with my last post. I suppose starting another new character is not such a bad thing because New Vegas is such an awesome game and the new patch makes it run like a dream. Still, though, it would be nice if these little bugs would be resolved so I don't have to read the Fallout New Vegas wikia for every quest to make sure there are no game or quest crippling bugs.
