Ok, so right before I entered the strip for the first time and passing the credit check, the robot told Boone to wait outside. Well I progressed further into the game not leaving the strip yet and well I accepted the "Render Unto Caesar" quest and while fighting a few people on my way there I realized "Hey I still have the spotter perk actively working but I don't see Boone anywhere". So I go to the strip I go to Novac day and night check his room...he isn't there. So as I was approaching the Legionare base to take the boat I was attacked. I then put on a disguise and creeped in and while trying to enter Caesar's tent the dog saw through it and attacked me. I searched everywhere till somebody said "If Boone is with you then the Legion will attack regardless. Well since the spotter perk is still working and I can't find Boone I assume he is still there and would like to know how to get him to leave for a second or something. I can't talk to anyone I just want to know how to fix this glitch.

Side Note: I know you aren't able to equip special weapons after the patch but what if we gave our Weather 10 mm pistol a laser site before the patch and out last save had already had it attatched. I would like to take it off please.
