I installed the geck and did my first mod and I went to open it again to start a new one but my cell view window was gone I went through the view tab and seen it was there so I removed the geck and reinstalled it but the cell window still isnt showing up I could really use some help

Try deleting your GECK.ini file, it is located inside your documents/my games/FalloutNV.
