Can anyone confirm this? I downloaded the dlc this morning, at work now. I have the glitch with EDE. I have tried waiting 2 weeks in game, checked nash residence, checked lucky 38, tried vault 22 elevator trick, tried having victor force him out of my party at lucky 38, and nothing has seemed to work. From my point of view, my party is empty, but people comment about him, and I can't use rex because it says my party is not empty.

I lost him after dead money, so I can't try this trick. I really don't want to come home and find out that I can't play the dlc. I was only rotating with 10 previous save games, and I can't find him in any of them. I can't really just start a new character either, I've been working on this guy since October. . .

Ehhh, if you're on PC you COULD try using console commands to remove him (I assume theres a command that lets this happen, but Im a PS3 user, so I dunno)

It's about Xbox 360 bugs with ED-E if bring companion with any DLC.

If I do have this problem tonight when I get home, I'll try these:

xbox360: Exiting Bloodborne Cave may glitch ED-E to be stuck in the opening of the cave. Even with the latest patch, ED-E will instead show up as a marker, but can't be found in the surroundings or in the cave.
xbox360: ED-E will get stuck in all the towers in Hoover Dam, mixing up what door to take to follow you. He usually ends up on the roof of the tower you exited. If you take the Elevator to Hoover Dam Offices he will usually appear. (After second patch)

I can't confirm this bug, but damn this is annoying! Hopefully if it is a bug, Bethesda will fix it soon. It doesn't seem, IMHO, that writing something into the game that allows glitched companions to return to lucky 38 should be that hard. I lost him recently, and I was hoping that he would come back at the end of HH like he is supposed to come back at the end of DM. I'll keep everyone updated . . .

When I went home last night, I was not able to start Honest Hearts. The guy who starts it says something like "Woah, there's only room for one on this caravan" or something like that. To me it appears that my party is empty.

EDE wasn't in bloodborne cave, he wasn't in Hoover Dam either. I tried deleting the game update and the game expansions and then loading my save game, but this didn't seem to get ED-E to come back.

When I lost my companions (even though it still said they were in my team), I went to that vault in the mojave where there are spore mutants hiding in the plants. Use the elevator to go to the bottom floor and for some reason they were there waiting for me. You might want to give that a try if you haven't already, hopefully that will work and then you can dismiss him.
