Trader's inventorys are not respawning : Fallout: New Vegas

I am trying to buy some 12 gauge shotgun shells, but none of the traders are respawning. it has been 2 "game" weeks. please help

Same thing is happening to me. A bunch of my traders don't move anymore either.

I've had this happen to me with the trader named Chet in Goodsprings. I have also had the exact opposite happen when I trade with Johnson Nash; he gets a new inventory as soon as you exit conversation with him.

Never mind. The bug worked itself out.
