So I did the quest to round up the prosttutes for the Atomic Wrangler. Fisto is standing around near the Roulette table inside. Whenever I talk to him and then say goodbye he gives me 10 caps. It seems I can repeat this endlessly.

Don't sound like too bad of a bug to me.

Reminds me of the Vamp cure quest in Oblivion, where you can continue getting 5000 gold from the count of Skingrad endlessly.... unless you got the patch XD

if you think your gonna fill up on caps using this your a very patient man.

there is another but that will give larger and quicker results.
