The Gang's Rules

Hey guys, are you so exited to obtain 3 or 4 companions in NV? For me this is a great innovation, more better of Fallout 3! However, during the waiting for FNVm why we don't try to create "possibles" companion who we can meet in New Vegas?

ok, i've start:

Brute Hogan: a man, who, during a fight with a mad supermutant, for a little error, drink his blood, and became like a supermutant, but with the same human apperance of before, but big like a supermutant, very muscle and strong, and he like to use very well the heavy laser (or plasma) machine gun, and a big version of the Ripper called "Death Sword". He dress with pre bellic casual clothes, elegant suits, or with a ranger combat armor. In some case you can see him with a Power Armor (the Frank Horrigan's Power Armor from Fallout 2)

Doesnt make sense, and not to sound like one of those NMA mooks, but uh, Frank Horrigan was blown to smitherines on an oil rig miles off the coast of California, how in the hell does that make sense? I don't use companions anyway to be honest.

Chuck Norris-

Does all the work for you. And is more invincible then Fawkes. In fact, he killed him on the way to New Vegas. (Chuck Norris survived the great war and is still alive)

Please: no trols, just guys with a lot of creativity and innovations.
However, i've think others companions (not seriously now)
From the
A Team: Mr. T with his Terrible Bazoka called "Jimbo"
The Streets of LA: 50 Cents and his 2 Uzi
Osbounre: Oozi Osborne and his Heavy metal music, and his guitar!!!
Terminator: Arnold Swartzenegher in all of his forms
Marvel: Deadpool and his abilities

Now, serious companion:
Bill "Ball Brain" Stroke: a robot brain who can walk with his two robo legs, and use a "disciminate" language
Jasper Woodcraft: an afro samurai who rescect the real tradition of the samurai

Unfortunately Chuck Norris could not have possible survived. He has shaved his beard, which much like Samson's hair, gives him his incredible strength. The only companion that we really need is Marcus. Hopefully he will actually be a companion.

And what's the point with this thread anyway?
They already have the companions for NV designed.
But ok, let's be creative.
I'd like a man in his 50's.
He'd be surprisingly fit for his age.
He's blind on one eye and has a red eyepatch with a yellow heart on it.
He has a mustache which curls upwards on each side.
His other eye is yellow.
He's bald.
He refuses to wear anything on his torso.
He has scars all over his body.
Oh and he has a robot leg.
He's a real lady killer and can help you out with female NPC's that dislike you.
He got a really corny sense of humour and loves telling jokes all along the travels.
Whenever he kills someone he spends some time to pray for them after the battle.
No matter what you say to him he will always smile and never take you seriously.
He's great with Melee, Explosives, Survival and Speech.
I shall call him: Alfredo Le [censored].

Chuck Norris actually grew his beard back when the great war came. Because he knew it would happen. So he is still alive and well. And yes gabriel77dan you are HIS companion.
The Terminator would be a sweet companion too.

For real, there should be a slaver named Jack The Whipper. He would have a unique whip that can wipe the smile off someones face. Sounds like an awesome companion to me. He would wear slaver armor but he would have a Jack The Whipper moustache and top hat. He can also enslave people who dislike you.

Good ideas, OP. I'm not much for names and such, but I can give the basic traits and attitude of the character.

The old grizzled warrior archetype. Possibly a pre war ghoul. He's rough, but has some noble intentions. He's just kind of worn out and tired with the world and what it's become.

A young gunslinger. Uses his magnum and acts like he is the law of the wastes. He's very good at shooting, but he lacks cooperation. Sometimes, when you give him an order, he won't follow it. Working through his quest will change this, unless you tell him otherwise.

An old mafia boss. Very angry at the mob, who tried to kill him while he was in charge of Gomorrah. He ran and survived in a small city. He talks with extreme prejudice for the mob, and wants to kill the new boss who had him ousted. Doing this and he'll offer you a few favors and some loot, along with being your companion.

I know you all were just joking around, but the whole "terminator" idea is not too far fetched. Just remember Harken from fo3.

YES!!!

Alex: A young. but skilled ex-BoS soldier. After his squad was killed by mutants during a scavenge mission for tech he decided to leave and find a different life in the wasteland rather than just scavenging tech. You can find him in a very small town in the wasteland where he is the town's only means of defense. If you have good karma he'll say that he can see that you are going to do something great for the wasteland one day and would like to join you so that he may witness that moment. He won't leave though unless he knows this town is well protected. You either need to train the settlers based on a weapons skill check (i don't know which one) convince a mercanary in the town to be its new defender based on a speech check or pay that same merc a large amount of caps to agree. His storyline quest is in regards to his personal power armor which the BoS kept when he told them he was leaving. If you get his armor back he'll equip it and give you a special perk that grants a bonus to energy weapons while he is with you due to his knowledge of them.
