Alright, that post where I begged the makers of the game to stop "fixing" the FONV, I take it back. Just fix this one bug, then you can go back to ignoring all the other problems:

On Wang Dang Atomic Tango, isn't satisfying the objectives necessary to complete the quest. One of the characters is sitting in the bar, and no dialogue with the bar owner or the NPC himself will be available. The sixbot is just standing outside a door on the other side of town, not doing anything, not able to be interacted with. No amount of waiting or quitting/reloading the game will fix the bug. I have since moved on from that quest hours ago and I am not willing to start over from a previous hard save.
