Ant Misbehavin' misbehavin

I've kinda gotten stuck on the Ant Misbehavin' quest.

After dodging artillery, I got this quest and went off to do other stuff for a while. Then I came back, found the dish array and went in through the sewer entrance. Popped all the ants at the lower level and turned on the two generator switches (lights went off). But then I remembered there was an optional component to get some junk from Loyal. So I went across the compound to his house and passed a speech check to tell him the proper head-poppin frequency. I grab it but linger, checking all the buildings west of the hangers, listened to the tour and complimented the CRAP out of that kid till I single handedly got friendly status with the people. XD

Right, back to the quest. I head back to the array, go back in and plant the doo-hicky on top of an ant mound in the back of the bottom floor AND activate it. Static, optional objective completed, yay. Odd though that none of the remaining ants up on the office level died. I head up there and take care of that. Then I manage to find the breaker on the catwalk and flip it. … Nothing. All the lights are off, all switches flipped, the quest marker is only pointing to the breaker that I just flipped. I don't know what else to do. Might not be related but immediately after flipping the breaker, ED-E decided to transmit me some radio signals from the Brotherhood and the Followers.

To fix it, I've tried leaving and coming back, quitting and reloading, waiting, I even fixed up all the solar panels on the roof even though the quest never told me to, JUST in case. I'm out of things to try. Does anyone know the console command to progress the quest? ^^;

Go talk to Loyal and go salvage some solar array parts if needed.

I have talked to Loyal, I have salvaged solar parts and repaired the solar array, as stated. No joy.

That's three. Might I recommend the Comprehension perk next time you level up? :P

Playing the game at the same time :P

Did you access the computer right next to the stairs on the solar arrays?

The order you did the things might be the problem too just like when I did another quest that bugged when I chose on option..
Pretty much did what you did though
got the sonic emitter before going inside killed a few ants that got in the way, placed it on the mound, flipped two switches.... around this it gets hazy as I tend to wander around for things. I think I remember talking to loyal about the panels, went to Helios and installed them then flipped the switch on the catwalk.
