courier broke the bank achievement bug?

well i won too much money in all casinos and no achievement. known bug?

Haven't finished this acheivement but many acheivements/quests are misdirects...ie house, legend of the blue star,etc that say failed when thy arent, just not completed yet) that require an additional step to receive the acheivement.

I am a cheater: I frequently have to look up help online with portions of the game that are intentionally misleading.

If you open the console you can't be awarded achievements from what I've heard.
