I can't even finish the first part of this quest, which is talking to Betsy. Any time I try talking to her she just says something about hows she's on the job or busy or something. I've waited in game for 2-3 days and still nothing. If it helps at all the First Recon team moved to Forlorn Hope after I finished the Three Card Bounty quest.

Bump again...so no one has done this quest?

Being female with Cherchez la Femme helps! But if you don't have that I think you are supposed to use her squad mates to get her to open up.

No one else will talk to me except the guy in charge and ten-of-spades. And all ToS does is talk to me in loops and i've grayed out all his options. Is there a console command that will allow me to atleast mark the quest as complete?
