Is it possible to pre-order Fallout: New Vegas to Canada through walmart, I'm trying to get the Fallout: New Vegas Collector's Edition, but the link to walmart goes to an american site, i need to register to pre-order it, but i can't send them my info since its american only.

I went to walmart.ca but they didn't have the collector's edition on the website, and it wouldn't let me order since it wasn't in stock.

Can't you preorder from an international site or a canadian specific site?

I'd hate to say this but pre-order it from the american site and go over the border to pick it up. If that does not work then have some one mail it to you.

or you could just y'know, skip preordering it and buy it directly from the nearest gaming store?
You might get it a couple of days later and without that pre-order pack bonus thingy but I mean if it's the only way.

walmart.ca is useless. Do you want Walmart because of the pre-order items from them? If not than I'd suggest going somewhere else. But if you're set on Walmart, try going into a local store. I've heard of others having difficulty with that too though, so good luck!

Try bestbuy.ca, futureshop.ca, amazon.ca or go to a EBGames.ca (/GameStop.ca) or one of those retail stores. Might be hard to pre-order a CE now tho.

Can you not pre-order through the store? I pre-ordered mine on Steam so i don't know.

Unless you want the WalMart pre order pack, I just pre ordered my collector's edition from EB Games, and I'm from Canada.

OK, Kidding on this. Try PM'ing Wolfpup, he is a Canadian and I believe he has pre-ordered New Vegas. He might have some insight on how to go about this in the great white north, only it is really green up there right now.

Try pre-ordering from EBgames/Gamestop instead. They have the collectors edition. But games cost $10 more here then if you bought it in the US. I know, just pre-ordered 2 days ago.

Ya i preorded from gamestop.ca and it cost 79$ after tax for the collectors.

The main Issue here is Wal-mart in canada. You have several other options around here for pre-ordering, but might have issues with WalMart it seems.

I live in Canada. I am puzzled with this. What makes Walmart so special that you have to pre-order through them? Also why pre-order the game? Are you getting something extra with Walmart? Do you have a Walmart store close by or is it online only? Can't you just buy the game when it is released or do you live far away and it's better to get it delivered to you instead of picking it up at the store yourself?

I just want to know if I should pre-order myself if you get some goodies with it. I was just going to go to EB Games and just pick it up myself.

There are pre order bonus items based on who you order from so if you want items from one of the 4 packs you should pre order from the appropriate vendor.

So who is offering what? I went to EB games, they asked me if I wanted to pre order, I said what do I get, and they say nothing but the game when it comes out. I said, why would I pre order then if I get nothing extra. I could go else where if it's cheaper then. They were silent.

I finally found the links, right in front of my face, but I never saw it before. I am puzzled. I went to the Walmart web site, and it says in stock for online and not sold in stores. So if the game is not out yet, how can it be in stock for sale then?
