Honest Hearts any good?

Post » Tue May 17, 2011 1:45 pm

I might buy Honest Hearts tomorrow, but I want to get the opinion's of the gamers opposed to some review site. How is the dlc? And is there a new level cap too? Not to be judgmental or anything, but the reviews I saw didn't say too many good things, which is why I decided to ask you guys

I enjoyed it most indeed. Granted it has some *odd* bugs but even with those I was very entertained through out the entire dlc. Besides whats not awesome about jacking stuff up.

If you do get it though be very carefull who(m) you shoot, I found it difficult to identify enemys from foes in a couple of quests.

Well if its decent I might as well get it. But what is the new level cap? If there even is one.

Yes it's good and 40s the level cap. But in owb there's a perk to keep you capped at 30 or whatever level your at. Its been confirmed

It's really fun, but short. Definitely worth it, there's a lot of new unique (and regular) weapons and armour, not to mention a bunch of stuff at the end. Plus actually seeing the Burned Man in flesh.. and bandages.. is awesome.

This and Dead Money...are my fav. dlc's for any game. Heck the DLC's themselves broke me completely away from Portal 2...which reminds me...I should probably finish that.

This is the worst DLC I played in the Fallout 3 or New Vegas series until now.
- There are no new monsters indeed. (Just green geckos and bigger sized mantis etc.)
- The environment is not impressive. Nothing much to discover.
- It is very very short. Game play ends in 2,5-3 hours.
- Except the "father" story, there are no mysteries.
- The "hallucination yao guai" story looked like it was copied from Point Lookout. All same deal.
- The end game magical box which includes all important weapons and armors? Why?
I can write a lot more.
I am very dissappointed.
I hope this will be the last time for such a sloppy DLC.
You can do better than that guys.
