How to change tag skills from followers? : Fallout: New Vegas

I dont like the way Veronica is skilled, I'd like her better with a .375 six shooter, and gun tagged skill.

How can I do that with geck (or NVEDIT) ?

You need to change the class "VeronicaClass"

Or you simply open the console ingame, click on veronica and type

modav energyweapons -15modav guns 15
