I am surprised something like this hasn't already been made. The armor that was called "Leather Armor" in the classic Fallouts was not the same as the Leather Armor in the current games. It is a bit similar to the current Combat Armor, and can be seen http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Leather_Armor_(Fallout)

The sprite isn't that much to go off of, but there is a fanmade Talking Head of Cassidy (Cass's dad) from Fallout 2 Restoration Project that shows a more closeup take on the armor: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20101029171940/fallout/images/0/02/CassidyRP2.jpg

So, Cassidy's armor in the picture is very similar to Combat Armor, Reinforced Mark II. Unfortunately, that armor looks... well... completely dumb.

Using resources from the base game or from scratch, having this armor back would be great. It would be even better if the one shown on Cassidy was worn by Cass when you complete her quest.

You don't think the isometric perspective sprites might just look the same because of developer laziness? I like the FO3+ armour better, honestly. Though it doesn't make sense that it provides the amount of protection it does considering how lightweight it is - this armour is better in that respect.

Don't see how the laziness comment was relevant... but while I do like the FO3 leather armor, I'd just like to have this in game. Also, I figure that because people keep making remakes of Classic weapons, why not armor?
