I'm at Caesars camp and even though I agreed to disarm, I have all my weapons with me but thats not the problem. After I installed the chip and upgraded the securitons, I cant leave the building without disarming even though I keep agreeing to it. I still have all my weapons and I cant do anything unless I kill them.

I've loaded previous saves and even dropped all my weapons but it still wont let me leave.
Any ideas?
