I was in the REPCONN area doing a quest for the BoS and when I had to pick this hard lock to get into an area within the REPCON base(i think it was the main office or something, it was a hard lock if that helps to anyone where it is), I decided to do some drugs to unlock this door(it was very hard), I came up with 2 points to go and an addiction. So I reloaded my autosave and when it fully loads I can't look around, only move foward and backwards, another weird thing to note is that I can still look around in VATS, but I can't look around in free aim :confused: . So I just came into ask and see if anyone else has a had a problem similar to this(where you can't look around any more), and if there was a fix for this problem. Ya know it's kinda hard to play with actually being able to turn around .

Could use some help .

It svcks but you might have to reload from a previous save. Either that or also perhaps in addition to that clear the system cache. Those are probably the only options you have.

*sigh* Well thanks I'll see if the clearing the system cache works, I sadly don't have a save before the bug , because i had just found the unique multiplas rifle down there and thought "knowing my luck I'm about to get randomly killed here" and I saved right there. I already started a new character but it's gonna svck having all of that work undone, I mean that's like 30 or 40hrs of my life just gone .

GAH, it doesn't work . All of that work and hours of my life...gone. I pray to god that in FO4, that bethesda either 1)gets off their lazy asses and actually TRY and program correctly 2) ACTUALLY TEST THE GAME before it comes out and/or 3)fire their current programars or hire better programarms.

same thing happened to me im not sure i want to play the game anymore im sorry bethesda but when something is unplayable why play it this is my third playthrough that has been interupted by a bad glitch so im kinda sick of not getting through the story line without getting stuck in a rock or caught in an an invisable maze of madness or my charecter not having the ability to look around so things you should know about new vegas is dont walk near corners and or invisable walls dont open doors because you might not be able to get out and also if they patch and redeem the fallout franchise maybe ill play a little longer and not write poorly punctuated run on sentances in anger. :banghead: :brokencomputer: please fix my favourite game!
