Using PS3 (But I tihnk it is broken on other platforms as well). The quest 'That Lucky Old Sun' is broken. I didn't receive the rewards because the quest skipped out the talking to Ignacio Rivas part. So I completed the quest, got the trophy but got no reward and missed out a chunk of the quest (mainly talking to Ignacio).

It worked for me on PC but I know others have had trouble. I did talk to Ignacio before completing the quest though. It is important that you talk to him to get all your options.
