I love the game. its famazing. but theres a slight problem. its not really that slight actually. so i was at my moms house and it was working just fine, i turned off my xbox multiple times and my data was still there. but i go to my dads house and recover my gamertag over there.... and low and behold no characters. but i check my achievements and they are still there. glitch? maybe the update? but i need my Operative back. hes my baby. he looks boss as hell and hes about lvl12-13. i dont wanna have to work doing all the challenges again. if you coud just somehow give me my data or something along those lines it would be great. thanks.

You might need the HDD from the Xbox at your mum's house...

well i wasnt using a hard drive. it was stolen. i was using a flash drive. and that doesent seem to work either. but i know recovering your gamertag gets your saves back at least

Sorry, recovering your gamertag does not recover game saves -- those are stored on your memory device (hard drive, memory unit, or flash drive). Recovering your gamertag just allows you to continue using your live profile and stores your profile details -- most notably your account information and achievements.

then how was i able to continue playing the game on the same xbox? my flash drive wasnt working properly.

and thats also not true. CoD does. when i got to another xbox and recover my gamertag i still have my level and all my weapons, classes and perks.

It does this because it saves your multiplayer info on their servers... not your hard drive.
