The Appearance Menu for my character customization is always flashing. There are no Yellow Exclamation marks saying there is new stuff, and there isn't anything new, I've scrolled through everything, and I still can't get it to go away. Anyone know why its doing this?

I have this as well. I have checked both of my characters and made sure there were no yellow exclamation marks on either their security or resistance screen .....

Mine is also.. its bcos i added the Fallout tattoo to my character.. than later on i got a psycho pack code. so i think its trying to tell me i have a new tattoo, but i cant access it bcos ive already put one on.
