If you have the latest ASC, you will not be able to install the game until you uninstall Advanced System Care. I stopped trying to install it from the DVD. Not a fan of the weird, download 6GB from Steam to compliment the disk protocol. Anyways, if you keep getting the Servers-too-busy Steam error, it might be Advanced System Care. Uninstall it and the game you paid for and bought a disk for to avoid 6GB downloads will actually install. Sigh. Lawyers svck.

Must be a DVD edition thing. I usually download these days, but always get the collector edition Bethesda stuff. In the future I'm downloading everything. The fact that I can't install from the DVD without a 6GB download boggles my mind. How broken is the build on the disk?!?

Wow, how did you figure that out ghost. I uninstalled ASC and the game installed. Have you tried reinstalling ASC after you loaded the game. I really like ASC because I'm too lazy to do all that stuff via Windows
