The NCR Trooper who gives me the Emergency Radio will keep coming back giving it to me every time I call for support. Also noticed that Boone will sometimes get stuck messaging me over and over and there's no way to stop it unless I walk away from him and fast travel. It didn't happen often, but was annoying nonetheless.
