Unusual graphical glitch

I made a post about this a while back on Steam. But alas! I've waited, but no posts...

So, now I come here!

From what it seems like, it only happens when there is fire or magical effects appearing on-screen. So, I was wondering if there was any possible ways to disable the watery-ish ripply-ish effect without actually disabling the fire/magical effects themselves?

Have you got FXAA enabled? I know from personal experience that it can cause fire and magic effects to be seen through walls, floors and ceilings.

If you chose to omit anything useful for diagnostics there at steam, of course you get little response. If you have a console version, you are in the wrong forum. There being no such thing as any single standard PC, the correct problem report for a PC game problem starts out by eliminating the potential hardware related sources for problems. You haven't given us anything to work with yet.

I wasn't sure what else to say, really. Plus I have no idea what exactly I'm looking for. :(

Also, yeah, the FXAA is disabled.
