100 on All Skill.

I did the math and after all DLC's are released it is quite possible to have 100 Skills on All Skill Types.

And if we get skill books in all the DLC's you won't even need 10 Intelligence or Comprehension.

It's going to be really easy with all the dlc's eac raises the cap by 5 so it'll be 50, but theres a respec that you can do at some point in olw world blues that caps you at 30 for those that still want te remain mere mortals. It's not like you even need 100 in all skills and it becomes rather easy to max out most of them if you just pich 2 combat skils and 5 other skill that you'll use.

I made a build based around getting maximum skill points and taking certain drugs to easily max my SPECIAL anytime I want. With my SPECIAL maxed and all skill books found I had 1231 skill points. I could also have taken TAG for 1246. Another 85 and possibly another 52 from skill books with the DLC would easily max most high INT builds.

I think eventually most builds will be starting with 3/4 INT, 4 is the req for Educated and Comprehension, some may also want an extra point for the Pack Rat perk. I'm not going to run the numbers but you could probably max all skills with 4 int and 50 levels with Educated and Comprehension.

Newer DLCs will need to offer some decent high Intelligence perks to prevent it from becoming another semi-dump stat.

Intelligence is already a dump stat I've made 4 intelligence characters and they get 12 point a level easily enough to max 2 combat skils and 4-5 others without using any skill books, I don't see a lot of people hitting 50 since unless the dlc's are trying to kill you with xp you'll be grinding probably the last 10 levels. I don't think that the devs are to worried about that small number of people.

I'd prefer it if the gave you some more interesting perks rather than enabling your character to become super. Regardless of what you feel about FO3 the perks in NV are far better.

I will be one of the few who strives for level 50. I don't care if my skills get maxed (all the better, says I), I don't care if I have excess skill points after (whatever).

I'm hoping that by the time I hit level 50, I will have actually completed every single quest without wasting a single XP.

My Character is at level 55. I use the console to increase the level cap everytime I start the game. One very cool source of content is a mod called A World of Pain. It adds almost 100 new locations it is awesome! My skills are almost all maxed. I am hoping that the new DLC will add new skills.

It doesn't matter to me either way if I stay at lvl 35 or 50. I'll have lots of fun fighting with my hands at skill lvl 100.

So is fast travel, but people still do it.

Personally, I don't care one way or the other. Using my own leveling mod, and at 134 hrs gameplay I'm at level 28. If I'm lucky I'll make two maybe three more levels before I retire this character.

IMO raising the level cap to 50 would break the balance of the game...unless they (devs.) rework the distribution of skill points and perks to say maybe every third level. Doubtful that'll happen though, people seem to enjoy being Godlike while playing video games...myself, I like having a little vulnerability ion my character; knowing that there is something/someone more badass than you out there let's you know just where you stand in the world.

With all 4 DLC's the odds of you getting 100 in all skills is pretty much at 100%.

And to think I thought 30 would be the max level when I first started playing. Had my intelligence at 10 from the start to maximize results. Turns out I could have just left it at 5.

rofl im at 30 and i nearly got wasted by a legendary deathclaw but thats the only thing that can really stand against you imo
When OWB comes out ill probably respec my char but i dunno there doesnt really seem to be reason to respec uness your starting a new game and you just level to 30 and stay there...

it does take some fun out of it when you can walk into deawind cavern, deathclaw promintory, and quarry junction and just lay waste to everything. Did get messed up by the legendary a couple times but other than that one beast nothing stands a chance... I have every weapon and every mod so now im just wondering around makin money till the DLC... anyone else here wish for a few super muntant behemoths to tango with? that should give me a run for my money expessially more than one... :flamethrower:

I would love to have behemoths again, or something stronger. :flamed: But anyways I will probably end up going all the way to 50, I cant stand not being able to level up when I get to the max so I probably wont respec in OWB.

Try World of Pain. There are some very tough power armor bad guys and the story to go with it.
