130 Hours in the game.

Post » Tue Aug 14, 2012 10:44 pm

Hello everyone,

I would like some tips, because well.... I'm 130 hours in the game with like 3 characters and I'm totally bored of the game. I see many people playing 600 hours on this game and I just can't do it. I like the game though but I can't find anything to do anymore. Maybe you guys can give me some tips on playing the game again, because it is awesome. I'm on PC and mods don't really help THAT much.

Thanks in advance!

Well, a lot of us who play for so many hours roleplay a lot. That's one idea.

Have you got the Dawnguard DLC? It is well worth the $25 That DLC adds more stuff to do, if you do not want that there are loads to do still there are a lot of generated quests as well.

Wait, you're on PC, with the ability to use mods, and you're already bored after 130 hours?

I'm afraid there's no hope for you....
lol

Seriously though maybe try raising the difficulty of the game. I was slowly day by day losing interest in Skyrim. I loved Skyrim and didn't know why this was happening. I figured I would crank the difficulty up and see what happened. Totally restored my interest. Just turned out I needed more of a challenge to stay entertained with the game.

This. It's going to happen in any game, regardless of how much you love it. Just take a few days off, and come back fresh.

Yep. For me, after playing for months, I get pretty burned out. I actually need to take a longer break. Maybe take a month or two. After a while I slowly start getting back into it. Next thing you know I'm in that 'crazy for anything TES' mode.

I'm 500 hours onto the game.

I didn't even begin the MQ once.
There's NO guild that I have finished AT ALL ( some that I began ).
I Role-Play to the stage where you think I'm insane.
There are whole holds I still haven't discovered.

I suggest taking Role-Playing much farther.
Mods.
Gaming PC.
Well I also do such things because I never had any character above level 16 ( " Restartitis " )
