20-30fps CAP at GTX 970M

Hello.

My rig is ASUS G751JT, 16GB RAM, GTX 970X 4GB, i7 4710 2.5GHz, Windows 8.1 Pro.

Latest drivers, latest system updates, latest version of steam, and FNV game (version "enplczru").

Using HWInfo32 & RivaTuner Statistics Server to monitor my HW state.

I have 20-30% GPU load, 27% CPU load in Springfields. Result - "jumping around" 25-30 FPS, with stunting while I just go.

I tried to do everything.

Tell me how can I get 60 fps?

Are you using any mods and/or ENBs? If so, please post your load order and ENB version and configuration (if applicable).

ETA - I just noticed you're using a laptop. Laptops with Nvidia Optimus setups often have problems switching from the integrated Intel graphics to the gaming GPU (in your case the GTX 970M) with some games. You may need to go into the Nvidia Control Panel and force the game to use the GTX 970 graphics.

ETA 2 - Springfield is a location in Fallout 3, not New Vegas. Which game are you trying to run?
