Hello! New to these forums so let me know if I'm breaking rules or if i posted in the wrong place or redundantly.

So fairly recently I started having this problem in Skyrim: When in 3rd person mode, when I right-click, left-click or press R to enter the combat mode, sometimes it doesn't happen; rather the character goes to the stance and the camera locks behind the character, but the character doesn't have a spell or a weapon in hand.

Usually when this happens, if I just wait standing still for a couple seconds, the character may draw the weapon, however not always.

The attack animations are also rather glitchy, I'm unsure if it's related. Seems like it skips the hit animation sometimes.

This only happens when wielding one handed equipment or spells; Bows and greatswords and the like draw normally.

1st person works perfectly.

I tried disabling all my mods, I tried re-installing the game. I was certain it was some combination of mods that caused it, but the problem was still very clearly there after it took them all off.

Anyone else run in to this? Do I just wait and hope that a patch fixes it?
