I just lost a fully modded varmit rifle........by using it to repair something mostly usless....

I swear, It did not say Varmit Rifle+ in the list of guns I could have used for the repair. I try and keep track of the resale value and use cheap guns to fix expencive guns...>smart mutant<
Did I miss the + disignation? If its not there it really needs to be......

If you are worried about modded guns not displaying clearly during repairs, a trick that is fairly useful is to equip the gun you don't want to use as parts for other guns. The game will not even list an equipped gun in the repair list unless it is the one you are fixing (IE: only the first item in the list that cannot be clicked).

I have seen this as well... the + designation does not show up, but when you click on the weapon it still lists all the mods installed on that particular weapon. Lesson learned, be careful and pay attention.
