Able to run Skyrim on max?

Hey, was wondering if i'd be able to run Skyrim on max settings with these specs
Processor: Intel i7 3.4ghz
RAM: 8gb
GPU: ATi HD Radeon 6770 1gb

is this enough? if not can you tell me what I need to upgrade?
