I always let Heimskr live for the reason Hellmouth mentioned. The most annoying person in Skyrim for me is that bum in Markarth. Thankless jerk he is.

Heimskr and Cicero are the two most annoying peole to me. Can't believe that they aren't akilled by any npcs
