About Mods to add Morrowind

I've seen projects to add X province to games like Morrowind and Oblivion, but due to the size and the work involved, they are either never completed, only partially done, or come out extremely lackluster.

I don't have any skill in modding, but I know that is is hard work. The work can be more easily spread with more modders working on the same project. I've seen what can be done with Moonpath and Wyrmstooth, as well as some very well put-together quest mods. So rather than having multiple groups working on the same thing (i.e. Silgrad tower, tamriel expanded, etc.) I think these groups should consolidate their ideas and work together, being more efficient and getting things done. We have a strong modding community, but I feel there is serious potential in putting it together toward a singular project.

I feel that Bethesda is hinting us something when characters in Dragonborn mentioned the city of Blacklight. With the familiarity of Morrowind, the deep lore, interesting environments, and resources provided in Dragonborn, I think they have set us up to be able to make a sizeable project of our own.

I'm calling all modders, teams, and groups that are interested in or are currently working on adding Morrowind as a landmass to Skyrim. If we all can work together on this, we could perhaps add mainland Morrowind, and maybe even Vvardenfell, to Skyrim as an amazing fan-made expansion.

I'm not suggesting that we make Morrowind to scale by TES3: Morrowind standards though. We can size it down to a reasonable scale in proportion to Skyrim. We could have different teams doing different regions, thereby adding some flavor to each part. Then we can try to perhaps put together a questline and/or some quests for it. There are plenty of people we can find to do VA, and perhaps we could make the landmass into a bit of a canvas for freelance modders to add onto.

Maybe I sound dumb, maybe I'm asking too much, but I think this is possible, and we can make it an impressive experience.
