Well technically you "could" too. Just get Adobe Illustrator and start taking some tutorials buddy. You also need a printscreen and whatnot, but you can send designs to companies and they print it for you.

I just already know how to do all that, but it's not hard to learn if you keep at it.

Yup. Most time is spent actually printing the ink on the t-shirt, that takes several days and expensive equipment.

@Talon95, do you know where I can find the Nano-heart symbol.
I know a pal who can print tshirts and pins. I just need to edit stuff on adobe.

For the shirt to be legit you would have to make the heart yourself in Illustrator and make sure to use about 200 layers. ^^

There probably wouldnt be any legal problems if you just copied it, but just to be safe. To get a reliable reference for quality control you do want a good photo, but I doubt you'll be able to find one, unless you take a screenshot of Cevat during the video and cut out the heart design from the rest of the photo.
