About "The Silver Hand."

Post » Sun May 20, 2012 6:03 pm

I've just finished the Silver Hand quest. When I returned to Whiterun I found multiple people dead, including Carlotta Valentia. I feel terrible about Carlotta because of her daughter and never intended for anyone to die. I didn't attack anyone when "it" happened. Now their bodies are permanently splayed across the market. It's too late to revert to an earlier save, but I just want to know if it's a scripted part of the quest.

Edit: Not talking about any companions but the fruit and meat vendors plus a few others.

The Companions are lucky that these Silver Hands were not the Seven Sister Silverhands from D&D Forgotten Realms. For if they were, then not only would every single member of the Companions be burnt to a crisp, but so would your character and the rest of Tamriel.

No, I'm talking about the civilian market owners found dead after the initial blood ritual.

You know, I really did think the Companion quest line excellerated too quickly. I just felt like that story could have gone longer and better.
